2. Payment

Energomont accepts the following payment methods through the secure Monri WebPay payment system.

All payments are made in euros (€). The transaction amount may be converted into the cardholder’s local currency by the Visa/Mastercard system according to the applicable exchange rate on the processing date.

2.1 Accepted Payment Cards

We accept the following payment cards:

  • Mastercard®

  • Maestro®

  • Visa®

Note: Diners Club and Discover cards are not supported.

All payments are processed securely through the Monri WebPay service. No additional fees are charged for payments made through our website. The amount will be charged to your account approximately 48 hours after the order is created. All prices include VAT.

2.2 Payment Security

The confidentiality of your information is protected using the latest TLS encryption technology. Online payment pages are secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and 128-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized access during data transmission.

Monri WebPay and financial institutions exchange data through a secure VPN connection. Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.

Credit card numbers are not stored by the merchant and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

2.3 Refunds for Card Payments

In the event of a refund to a customer who has previously paid by card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason, Energomont is obligated to process the refund exclusively to the same Visa or Mastercard card used for the original transaction.

The customer's bank will credit the refunded amount to the cardholder’s account upon the merchant’s request.

2.4 Language and Transaction Processing

Transactions will be processed in English and in EUR currency.

Card payments are processed in cooperation with Monri and Hipotekarna Banka AD through the secure and certified Monri Payment Gateway system.

3. Services and Business Cooperation

Energomont provides services in the fields of design and engineering, construction works, electrical installations, energy systems, office and technical solutions, as well as other activities in accordance with the company's registered business activities.

All information regarding services available on the website is provided for informational purposes only and may be modified without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when communicating with the company or contracting services.

  • Promptly inform the company of any circumstances that may affect the performance of services.

  • Use the website in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;

  • Uploading or transmitting malicious content;

  • Using the website for unlawful purposes.

5. Force Majeure

We always strive to meet agreed deadlines and fulfill our obligations. However, if we are forced to cancel or postpone the provision of services due to exceptional circumstances that could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures, you will not be entitled to compensation for any resulting damages.

"Exceptional circumstances" include events that could not have been avoided despite taking all reasonable measures, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, security risks, network outages, strikes, or other circumstances affecting business operations and transportation.

6. Complaints

To submit a complaint:

  • Clearly describe the issue and provide any necessary documentation or photographs, where applicable.

Our team will respond as promptly as possible.

Energomont handles all complaints and customer requests responsibly, diligently, and professionally.

7. Service Cancellation

In the event of cancelling agreed services or projects, the customer is required to notify the company within a reasonable period before the planned execution date.

Energomont reserves the right to charge for work already performed, materials already procured, or time slots that have been reserved.

8. Personal Data Policy

To establish a business relationship with Energomont, the following information may be required:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and facilitating business cooperation.

Data is stored in accordance with applicable legal requirements and is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Object to the processing of your personal data;

  • Access the personal data recorded about you;

  • Request the correction or deletion of your personal data.

These rights are granted under applicable Personal Data Protection Laws and the GDPR.

9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services shall be resolved before the competent courts of Podgorica, Montenegro, in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
